I love sweets.  Given the opportunity I would park outside of a bakery and pull a smash and grab! (just kidding, but seriously I have a sugar problem!)  I’ve read that a great way to replace bad habits that make you feel a certain way, is to replace the habit with a POSITIVE activity that does the same.  Meeting and connecting with people over a cup of coffee is just like taking a bite of a great big ‘ol chocolate chip cookie!
